  • How do I buy a wow Deal?

    • Click on the "BUY" button at any time before the deal ends. From there you will need to sign in. If you don’t have an account with us you may register at that point to proceed with your purchase.
    • Once you sign in, you may review your order at the checkout. If you would like to use your credits, enter the amount you will like to redeem and click on ‘Update Total’. Afterwards, choose your method of Payment (Credit Card, Pay Cash, Dialog add-to-bill or eZ cash) and then check the box stating you’ve read the Terms & Conditions (please read the Terms & Conditions before purchasing).
    • Click on Continue.
    • You will then receive your order number. Once your payment is confirmed we will either send you a link to print, or SMS your vouchers to you. You may cancel (at the processing stage) or review your voucher in your My Account section.
    • The deal voucher has instructions on how to redeem it. You may either pick up the product/ticket/gift voucher at our Head Office, the Merchant’s or at the Venue.
  • How do I shop on wow Mall?

    • Once you choose a product, enter the quantity and click on Add to Cart. On the right, under My Cart, you will see a Checkout button. Click to proceed to the checkout.
    • In your My Cart section, enter the Discount Code if you have one. Then once you continue to the checkout you may Login or Register to proceed.
    • Please then fill out your Billing and Shipping information and select a delivery date.
    • Next, choose your method of payment (Credit Card, Pay Cash, Cash on Delivery, eZ cash or you may use your Dialog Starpoints to redeem against your bill.)
    • Once done, simply click on ‘Place Order’ to receive your order number and/or voucher, depending on your method of Payment.
  • How do I shop on Travel?

  • How do I order Litro Gas?

    • Order it over the phone on: 0117 269 222
    • Buy it online by going to Market Place and Clicking on Litro Gas.

    Ordering it online:

    • Enter your delivery address and click on Continue to complete the purchase and to receive your order number.

    Please note that delivery instructions will be given to Litro Gas 15 minutes after the order has been placed. Therefore if there are any changes in the delivery address or the time to be delivered you should inform DCL (Pvt) Ltd within 15 minutes after the initial order was made.

  • How do I buy Books?

    • Go to Lifestyle and Click on Books.
    • Click on the "BUY" button of the book you desire. From there you will need to sign in. If you don’t have an account with us you may register at that point to proceed with your purchase.

    • Click on Continue.

  • How do I buy Fruits and Vegetables?

    • Order it over the phone on: 0117 269 222
    • Buy it online by going to Market Place and clicking on Fruits & Vegetables.

    Ordering it online:

    • On the drop down menu, "Select Qty" and "Select Weight" to choose the desired amount of the desired product.
    • Scroll down to "Delivery Date" and select which day you want your order delivered on. Note that you will receive your order only 48 hours after placing the order. Please read the Terms and Conditions before selecting a date.
    • Click on “Buy” and check off that you’ve read the Terms and Conditions to proceed to the checkout.
    • Once you sign in at the checkout, you may review your order. If you would like to use your credits or if you have a coupon code, enter the data and click on ‘Update Shopping Cart’. Then click on proceed to Checkout.
    • You may then enter your shipping and billing information and choose your method of Payment (Credit Card, Cash on Delivery, Dialog add-to-bill or eZ cash).
    • Enter your delivery address and click on Continue to complete the purchase and to receive your order number.
