On Anything.lk a voucher or invoice is a proof of payment. These are found in the customers anything.lk account and it is not sent via e-mail.
Customers could either contact the relevant sales merchant or a complaint could be lodged on wow.lk, who will contact the customer with a resolution.

Next day delivery (delivered during the next working day) requests made before 2.00 pm will be charged an additional Rs. 250/- on top of the normal delivery charges applicable.

A package may not have been delivered due to one of the following reasons;
- The address was incorrect
- Given contact information is incorrect
- The residents refused to accept the package
- Recipient unavailable to accept the package – Courier will leave a message and visit the following day
- Delivery service is not available to the specified area
- Delivery service does not undertake delivery of specified product
- Delivery of certain items to certain areas may not be permitted due to existing law prevalent in the country.
The usual tax components are 12% VAT and 2% NBT, the applicability of tax on the total price will be product specific.

Customer can invite friends through account and receive credits. If the person the customer is inviting goes through the link he/she has sent and purchases one of the deals, the customer receives 100 credits. These credits can be redeemed when the customer is purchasing another deal. Terms and Conditions apply.
Redeeming credits: **Mobile number has to be verified with the account in order to redeem credits.
After signing in to the account, Customer will be able to see the number of credits available to him/her. It is shown in the blue tool bar, next to the customer’s name. Follow the instructions on the page to redeem.
If you are a Dialog mobile user you can Earn Star points when you place an order on ibuy.lk. You cannot redeem your star points on ibuy.lk
- If you cannot complete the transactions via credit cards (Declined/Error) the customer should contact the card issuing bank.
- If you are using a debit card customer should first check with the card issuing bank to enable e-commerce transactions on the card.
- If the issue is with Add to Mobile Bill the post-paid user should check their credit limit and the prepaid user should ensure that enough credit in their prepaid account.
