Terms of Sale

All vouchers printed from our site or any other website associated with wow.lk (hereinafter “Vouchers”) are purchased from participating merchants (“Merchants”) through wow.lk. The Vouchers are to be used in exchange for goods and services at a discount from their actual cost. To order a Voucher from a Merchant through wow.lk, is to purchase that Voucher based on the terms and conditions stated below. You are required to create an account in order to purchase any Voucher. This is required so we can provide you with easy access to print your orders, view your past purchases, modify your preferences, and to ensure permissible use of the Voucher. The Voucher you purchase through wow.lk is redeemable for goods or services with the Merchant. The Merchant is selling the Voucher to you through wow.lk. The merchant is solely responsible for providing you with goods and services on any Voucher you purchase and redeem with them. Neither wow.lk nor the Merchant is responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers which have been provided to you or under your care.

Terms and Conditions for Restaurant-Specific Vouchers

• For additional clarity, "Restaurant" shall be defined as a Merchant who offers food and beverage for sale within its establishment, and is making such food and beverages available to purchasers of Vouchers.
• Redemption details are determined by the Restaurant, and fully disclosed within the Voucher offer .
• Use of Restaurant-Specific Vouchers for alcoholic beverages is at the sole discretion of the Restaurant and is subject to compliance with applicable law.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with any other third party certificates, coupons, or promotions, unless otherwise specified by Restaurant.
• Restaurant-Specific Vouchers cannot be used for cash, tax, service charges, or credits unless permitted by the Restaurant.
• The issuing of restaurant credit is at the sole discretion of the Restaurant unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Valid for dine in only unless otherwise stated.
• Neither wow.lk nor the Restaurant is responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers or restaurant Voucher reference numbers.
• Reproduction, sale or trade of a Restaurant-Specific Voucher is prohibited unless done so in compliance with applicable law.
• Any attempted redemption not consistent with these terms & conditions will render the Restaurant-Specific Voucher void.
• Void to the extent prohibited by law.

Terms and Conditions for Non-Restaurant Merchant Vouchers

• Merchant Voucher may be applied only to merchandise sold by Merchant, and may not be applied to shipping or handling charges.
• Limit one (1) Voucher per redemption. Only one Voucher can be used per order unless otherwise specified by Merchant.
• The issuing of credit is at the sole discretion of the Merchant unless otherwise required by law.
• Neither wow.lk nor the Merchant is responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers or Voucher's reference number.
• Voucher cannot be combined with any other third party certificates, coupons, or promotions, unless otherwise specified by Merchant.
• Reproduction, sale or trade of this Voucher is prohibited unless done so in compliance with applicable law.
• Any attempted redemption not consistent with these terms and conditions will render the Voucher null and void.
• Void to the extent prohibited by law.

Terms and Conditions for Event Vouchers

• Voucher is valid only for the day of the event.
• An individual can purchase any number of vouchers unless specified otherwise.
• The Voucher alone cannot be used as a ticket and needs to be exchanged for the relevant ticket.
• wow.lk has the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder, without providing a refund.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, you will not have the right to exchange or receive a refund on tickets unless specified otherwise.
• wow.lk is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, damage, additional expense, injury, delay or any other claim in relation to changes to event information, programme, performers or performance dates, including the cancellation or rescheduling of events.
• Once voucher has been purchased it may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded except as required by law or as detailed in these Terms and Conditions. wow.lk cannot take responsibility if you do not or cannot attend the event.
• wow.lk will not be liable or refund for the loss or damages of tickets. If tickets are lost; voucher holders will have to buy a new voucher/ticket.
• No Reselling. No part of your voucher or ticket may be resold or offered for resale at a premium or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by yourself or another person. If a ticket is involved in a breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

Additional Terms and Conditions for All wow.lk Vouchers.

All Vouchers shall be subject to the terms and conditions of wow.lk and the participating Restaurant or Merchant. The Merchant or Restaurant are the sellers of the goods or services which you are purchasing.

The holder and issuer of a Restaurant-Specific Voucher is the Restaurant. The holder and issuer of a Merchant Voucher is the Merchant. As a holder and issuer of the Voucher, the Restaurant or Merchant shall be fully responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by a customer. You waive, and release wow.lk and its officers, directors, employees and agents from, any claim, liabilities, damages, or injury arising from or related to any act or omission of Merchant or Restaurant in connection with a Voucher. Restaurant-Specific Vouchers and Merchant Vouchers are redeemable in their entirety and on a one time basis only and may not be redeemed incrementally.
